Applicant who holds powerful business case can get access of this visa easily. And an individual who is planning to stay for more than three months has to provide a proof that, his actions won’t affect the Australian skilled workers work.
The immigration department and Border protection of Australia will consider the proofs such as evidence of the size, nature, significance of the project to the local community. Proof from overseas employers stating that he or she is well qualified to plug the job.
